GOODS RECEIVED, Finally we have taken delivery! 

thanks again everyone for your continued patience, we now have the bikes in stock! They are all in fact pre sold out and we will now begin delivery’s to complete your pre orders.

please see attached correspondence, in summary we are still awaiting delivery Which has been delayed due to further port congestion. Delivery will now more than likely be next week where orders can then be dispatched

 

again our apologies for the delays, it’s just as frustrating for us now incurring yet more port fees! I assure you we are working to get the bikes here as soon as we can given the current circumstances

Hi Adam

Unfortunately, we have to advise that the haulier that was due to collect your container last night has failed to do so due to overload on Southampton quay with so many vessels arriving. This was the last free day we could collect without incurring fees. They now advise me that they can only collect the container on Tuesday due to driver shortages

 

We apologise for this but as you are aware that haulage is struggling at this time, I have tried to sort alternative carriers to get the container to devan depot but no one has availability and Tuesday is the best offer, again I can not advise final delivery date until confirmed devan.

 

Demurrage will be applied at cost and I am working on a discount with the haulier working on a failed collection, but again they will need to check to see what can be offered.

The vessel is due to arrive tonight @ 22:00 so we will not be able to collect until Monday as this is a very big vessel.

The haulier is looking to take off quay around Wednesday and then the delivery date will be determined.

Further delays im afraid guys, I’m really sorry this is completely out of our hands, an additional 3 days have been added on to the notice of arrival due to port delays, please see attached correspondence

we will now extend the delivery window to 15th- 25th of October for pre orders completion

Please see attached correspondence, unfortunately slight delays are expected due to port congestion’s and we have been advised to arrange delivery a week commencing October to allow for any possible delays which incur at port once docked, we will now be expecting to take delivery on the 11th of October. with this said we now expect all orders to be completed/ delivered by the 15th of October

vessel updated: CGM ARGENTINA/016W

ETA still on schedule for 25th September @ port Southampton. 

once docked the container will undergo customs clearance which generally takes 2-3days. Once cleared we can then take delivery and dispatch pre order on a next day service

I have received the below update from our forwarding agents.

“Just got carrier advd that the vessel had to change. New vessel as follow.
Shipper will arrange container loading within the free storage period.

M/V "AL MURAYKH"  

Carrier:  HMM
ETD NGB: 6 Sep  
ETA SOU: 25 Sep”
 

no changes to the previous arrival notice, container due to dock on the 25th of September… delivery’s will be booked in once docked, We anticipate all pre orders can still be completed/ delivered before the end of September.

Update 21/08/2021: 

Unfortunately our bikes that were due to arrive with us towards the end of August have been delayed due to the ongoing freight issues and congestion at the ports. We will not receive the bikes now until the new arrival notice of the 25th of September,

To avoid any further disappointment we will now be advising the end of September for existing orders (placed before 21/8/21) to be completed/ Delivered, New orders placed after this date will then be completed within the first week of October 

Our sincerest apologies for The Inconvenience caused here due to the delays, It is something which is frustratingly out of our control given the current circumstances 

We will continue to post weekly updates via this platform and advise correspondence from our forwarding agents to keep you updated
