MotoX1 Warranty

MotoX1 Motocross ATV provides a 30 day parts defect warranty period from date of original retail purchase of all products in the UK. Extended terms up to 12 months are also available on checkout. Please refer to the product pages for extended warranty options.

The Group insures that the bikes will be free of parts defects under the following conditions:

Warranty Period: Any parts deemed defective by us, will be replaced by us,
without charge on receipt of, inspection of & agreement of defect either by us
or an authorised MotoX1 dealer. New parts warranted will be covered only for the remaining balance of original warranty period. No Labour is included in the warranty.

Fitting of parts for rectification is the consumers responsibility whether by a MotoX1 authorised Dealer or by a qualified motorcycle technician.

Exclusions: The following are conditions for warranty exclusion
bikes that were not purchased from an authorised
MotoX1 dealer, Which were/are used for rental purposes, or other commercial use are not covered by any warranty herein. Also excluded from the warranty are, installation of parts not supplied by/ recommended by MotoX1, accident, crash or collision damage, Any modifications to original parts, improper maintenance, improper assembly (not
carried out by a MotoX1 authorised dealer) or improper transportation.

Track and competition use :

MotoX1 bikes are not warranted for use on designated motocross, minibike or
BMX tracks & therefore failure of components as a result are not covered in any
warranty supplied or otherwise implied.

Owner’s Responsibility: The owner is required, to qualify for this warranty, to
operate and maintain his/her bike according to the guidelines specified in
the owner’s manual & PDI sheet (including service schedules), To contact an authorised MotoX1 dealer should any warranty issue arise along with proof
of purchase and proof of any suspected defect parts.

Limited Liability: 

MotoX1 offers no other warranty of any kind, whether it be expressed or implied. The consumer assumes all risks when on, near, or around MotoX1 bikes. Also excluded from this warranty is any incidental or consequential damages including loss of use. You agree to this warranty when you make a purchase of a MotoX1 Bike direct from MotoX1 or from any MotoX1 authorised dealer 

All Items covered by warranty and considered defective by the customer MUST be reported to MotoX1.
If the item is agreed defective the part will be replaced Free of Charge. If the item is deemed not to be an original manufacturing defect and a result of misuse and/or crash damage or incorrect assembly the item will be returned to the customer at the senders expense, or a replacement provided at retail price and delivery charged.
Normal Fair Wear and Tear Service items are not covered by Warranty. These items include ;
Brake Pads, Wear and Tear cables, Clutch Plates, Air Filters, Tyres, Tubes, Petrol Filters and other routine
Service Items.



Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Please be advised, Returns/ Exchanges are only available on our own 'MotoX1' branded bikes. We work with a variety of suppliers in order to offer our customers a varied selection of products, We can not offer any Returns/ Exchanges on these brands as stock is generally dispatched directly from our suppliers in order to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, instead, for these models we offer a full manufactures parts defect warranty which covers all none wear and tear parts from date of purchase for a period of up to 12 months! 


MotoX1 Branded Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your 'MotoX1' branded item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, Please be advised all refunds are subject to the 10% minimum deposit/ processing payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellations, Refunds and Returns Policy

Our returns policy allows for the return of 'MotoX1' Branded products to MotoX1 Motocross ATV under the following conditions.

How to cancel/return Goods

Customers can cancel the item for up to 14 days after you’ve received it. Once you’ve confirmed with MotoX1 Motocross ATV limited you’d like to cancel your order, You then have a further 14 days to return the Goods.

You can cancel an online order in writing, or by email, at MotoX1 Motocross ATV limited (email : Motocross ) If you cancel your order but we have already processed the Goods for delivery, you must send the Goods back to us at your own cost and risk as soon as possible in the condition they were in when delivered to you.

Once you have notified us that you are returning the Goods, The sum debited from your debit or credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible subject to the minimum deposit payment and processing fee of 10%, in any event within 14 days provided that the Goods in question are returned by you, and received by us, in the condition they were in when delivered to you. You are responsible for the cost of returning any non-faulty Goods .

If you do not return the Goods delivered to you by the delivery service provider or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the Goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

For Faulty Goods

Please contact our Customer Service team via the contact form provided on our website to discuss and we will aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will work with you to ensure that you receive a resolution as quickly as possible via a manufactures defect parts claim or cost reimbursement to cover the costs of obtaining the defect part(s).
